Guarantees and Withdrawal

Quality assurance: Creazioni Artigianali guarantees that products sold on the site are made entirely by hand, in the traditional way, using the work tools and yarns described on the site.

Purchases made on the site of Creazioni Artigianali are regulated by Italian law regarding mail-order sales.

If you make an error in your order, or have received an unwanted item, or consider your purchase unsatisfactory, you have a period of 10 working days from the date of delivery in which to exercise the right of withdrawal i.e. to return the product and be reimbursed.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, send the package back within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. As long as it is in good condition, we will accept the return of any article without question, and will refund the entire sum spent.

For delivery, we use only insured and trackable postal systems that guarantee delivery within an established number of days. You can choose your shipping preferences when you order.
